President of the Board \u2013 Jan Adam Ksi\u0119\u017cyk<\/p>\n

Jan Adam Ksi\u0119\u017cyk is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krak\u00f3w, where he also completed his PhD studies. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Companies post-graduate studies organized by the Warsaw School of Economics. In addition to his activities for Krakowska Korporacja Finansowa sp. z o.o., he is a member (or a proxy) of various companies, associations and foundations. He is also an active attorney at law, practicing mainly in the field of civil law as well as economic and commercial law, with particular emphasis on corporate law, law of contracts, judicial enforcement, restructuring law and bankruptcy law. He is a member of the Cracow Bar Association.<\/p>\n

He has been associated with Krakowska Korporacja Finansowa sp. z o.o. since 2007, the year when he was appointed as its Board President. He continues to perform this function to this day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
